Dorian founded Smallman Tech Advisory after years spent on the other side of the table — inside IT teams making the same vendor decisions clients face today. That experience shapes how the firm works now: straight answers, no pressure to pick a particular platform, and a roadmap built around what the business actually needs. Dorian serves as Founder & Principal Advisor, working directly with every client from first call to final rollout.
